Itinerary

CUSCO-CHINCHERO

• We will spend early in the morning to pick you up from your accommodation, then we will head to the archaeological site of Chinchero from where we will start our walk we will visit the archaeological site of Chinchero visiting the structures as well as the temple dedicated to the Virgin of the Nativity.

CHINCHERO – POC POC WATERFALLS

• Continuing our walk we will reach the Inca Trail from where we will visit the huacas and sacred places of the Inca period that until these days are respected and revered by the inhabitants and tourists, we will walk along the paved trails made from ancient times towards the waterfall of Poc Poc as we observe the change of flora and fauna that descends from the 3800 m a.s.l.
• When we reach the waterfall we can rest, refresh ourselves and take some beautiful photos, after a well-deserved rest we will resume our tour to the archaeological site of Chinchero to head to the restaurant designated for our lunch.
• After our lunch we will visit a traditional shop in Chinchero where we will learn the processes of making textiles and dyeing secrets kept from the Inca era used to this day by the inhabitants.
• Ending this fantastic day we will return to Cusco where our transport will leave you closer to your accommodation to rest.
