Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley by ATV

Itinerary

CUSCO – PICUMARCA – RAINBOW MOUNTAIN :

• We will leave Cusco around 4:00 am to 4:30 am depending on the location of the hotel, passing through Urcos, Cusipata (1:30 hrs approx.) Where we will enjoy a nutritious semi-buffet breakfast which will last approximately 40 minutes.
• We will continue our journey through the village of pitumca for approximately 2 hours to the base camp (called Anta), arriving around 9:00 a.m., where we will have the instruction of the guide, delivery of the equipment such as gloves, helmets and ATVs to be able to practice for about 20 minutes before starting the tour.
• We will start driving for about 30 minutes to the top of the viewpoint of the red valley from where you can already see the rainbow mountain, while we enjoy this beautiful reddish landscape, from this point the ATVs are phohibidas and we will walk about 30 minutes to the rainbow mountain, arriving to this beautiful mountain we will have time to take pictures and videos, during this tour we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids as well as the flora and fauna of the place.
• Then we will return to the point where we leave the ATVs and start our return by handling, arriving to the point where our mobility awaits us to head towards the restaurant where we have breakfast in the morning in Cusipata where our delicious lunch semibuffet awaits us, we will have 1 hour to enjoy and relax.
• Finally we will return to Cusco where we will arrive around 5 to 5:30 pm making our last stop near the main square located in the city center.
